colin powell and other high rank u.s. officials. tracie potts will break down how significant this is. today all eyes will be on a federal court here in d.c. because paul manafort and his business associate rick gates will be back in court for a status hearing. they were indicted monday on 12 charges including money laundering. manafort and gates both pleaded not guilty. the marks on the front door of this fairfax county home tells us part of the story. police say a man beat his 76-year-old wife with an ax before committing suicide with a chainsaw. this happened on springfield hills drive yesterday in springfield. it started when a family member couldn't open the front door. once inside, she saw the husband beating his wife and that family member managed to rescue the wife and get them both outside. there was another

make the math work? one of the things the president insists on is repealing the mandate to buy insurance and the affordable care act. that could have an impact on revenue. money coming in. the top tax bracket is something under consideration. property taxes may be deductible. but tate state and local taxes if you're in high tax states like new york and california. that has a big impact. the home mortgage interest deduction, we're hearing that it will still be there but fewer people will be eligible to use it. that could have a big impact as well. we'll get the details in a few hours. >> all right. trying to make everyone happy. thank you, tracie. now to decision 2017 where there's new finger pointing in the race for virginia governor. ed gillespie's campaign is hitting ralph northam. the reversal on sanctuary cities. he said he would sign a bill banning sanctuary cities if lawmakers put it on his desk.
