astonishingly clear image of what her attacker may look like. >> this is the image. the photograph on the left. megan mcgrath is live at the montgomery county police headquarters. with the significance of this new composite. megan? >> reporter: we've seen dna used in crime fighting before. dna analysis being used to come up with a suspect composite sketch, a detailed one. investigators are using this technique for the very first time with regard to an open case. now, take a look at the map here. this is where the rape occurred here. a woman was dragged from a bus stop in gaithersburg. that happened back on october 6th. now, this is the composite sketch of the suspect the police believe is responsible in this crime. a company called snapshot used dna collected from the crime scene and they were able to use
