this house is all that's left after an early morning fire in capital heights. firefighters discovered two people dead inside. the neighbors telling us the home had been vacant for years. massive man hount polihunt they got the man who opened up fire in walmart. temperatures warming up into the 70s. unseason bly warm but not just today but through the weekend coming up. news4 midday starts now. good morning everybody

chris lawrence. >> and i'm erica gonzales. fire broke out when firefighters put it out they found two people dead. >> and i just retweeted some of the new es information. i know you've been talking to firefighters and neighbors. what are they telling you? >> reporter: chris, as you say, that home was still smoking just a few hours ago. at this point there are still a lot of questions just how did this fire start. and who are those two people who were found inside? because neighbors say this home was vacant. but still they would see people come and go. this photo shared on twitter shows what prince georgia county were up against. fire rage frg aing from all sidf

this house. >> i saw flames coming from the roof. flames coming from the windows. doors. it was a horrific scene. >> reporter: and once it was knocked down firefighters moved in foreclosure look and found more than just damage. >> during the overhaul and search of the structure they did get two dead people on the second floor. >> reporter: across the street neighbors raised concerns just by 24 hours ago that house on the 6200 block of foot street has been vacant for about two years. but he says it's now become a haven for suspicious activity. >> there were some guys, more than usual, and they had a car and they were moving a fridge out of the home

suspicious. >> reporter: perhaps you can see the stretch of foot street remains closed this morning as fire investigators continue to focus on that home and look for a cause of that fire. we can tell you at this point we still don't have many details on those two victims. they have not yet been identified. we do noah autopsy should identify the cause of their deaths and also who they are. life here in capital highs justin finch back to you. >> thanks. developing this morning two people were killed in frederick. they found a man and woman dead. this is a live picture from chop tear 4. the homicide happened about 5:00 this morning. police still on the scene. they say the suspect all knew each other but haven't said what led up to the double homicide or how those people were killed.

police found the husband seriously injured in the home's garage. he was taken to the hospital where he died. a man accused of hiding a camera in the bathroom at a children's gym in silvers spring but took police five months to arrest him. now parents are speaking out on why they feel not just angry but uninformed. >> i'm angry i wasn't told. i got an email and i was going to investigate a little further what was going on. but i have three girls here under the age of eight. >> police an arrested jonathan two weeks ago when police were able to collect his camera. they found videos of under age girls but none were from silver star gymnastics. you heard the mother. she only received an email and basically knew nothing. so why did it take so long? well month gomtry county police said they needed
