russia. today i want to announce a social movement in the name of putin team. he has a strong relationship with putin but doesn't usually talk about it. we're learning new details about a fire in brooklyn. one victim is in a burn unit. fire tore through a garage and spread to a large home. fire rescue provided this video. firefighters had trouble putting out the fire because there are no hydrants in that area. also new information on the deadly fire as breaking news yesterday. neighbors say the fire that left two people dead was a tragedy waiting to happen. the home had been foreclosed and was supposed to be empty. it's one of three foreclosed properties on this block of foote street. squatters ignored signs to stay away because many have nowhere else to go.

house republicans released their tax plan yesterday. what are the chances of the plan passing? >> in short, in its current form, not very high. i guess i could say that we're looking at the fact that house republicans will have to get this done and then send it over to senate. of course, senators there, each gop senators will want to put their own flair on it, their own touches on it before sending it to the house. we're expect thg to go -- complicate thg for republicans is the fact that they have narrow margins, especially on the senate side. they have to get nearly every republican on board to pass this. democrats are fighting tooth and nail to keep it from going through. in short, we can expect if this does make it to the president's desk, it will work somewhat different from what it does right now. >> blayne alexander on the hill this morning. thank you. it is now 4:47. president trump's twitter account will be up and running when he leaves for asia today. you probably heard about this.
