its on demand service. today a family accusing a former maryland teacher's aide of abusing their child wants to protect students in the future. they will hold a news conference to announce a lawsuit. they want a change in policy from the charles county school system. bell pleaded not guilty to porn charges this week. bell also sexually abused dozens of students. three days after the election and we're still up in the air. three races remain too close to call. republicans have narrow leads in all three of the races. so far democrats have won 49 out of 100 seats in the house. they need one more victory to force a power sharing agreement with republicans and two more to take control of the chamber. provisional ballots are expected to be counted on monday. many in our area are observing veterans day

made an arrest on thursday. he's accused of starting a fire in seat pleasant that killed two men. this is video of that deadly fire. investigators say the house was supposed to be vacant. driver and mcdowell didn't live there. authorities are still trying to figure out a motive here. there is now a huge reward in the fatal shooting of an off-duty d.c. police officer. our news partners at wtop report the atf is offering a $20,000 reward for information in this case. officer tony mason was killed in baltimore on saturday. they were sitting in a parked car when they were shot. mason was a 17-year veteran of the d.c. police force. a prince george's county pastor says marijuana and the holy spirit don't mix. he does not want a medical marijuana dispensary next to his church. this is a story you'll only see on news 4. the new dispensary wants to

in temple hills. the church is in a shopping plaza on allentown road. the pastor says that his congregation is planning to protest on monday in front of the county administration building. >> you can literally walk up and down the street and ask, does anyone know that the county is proposing a medical marijuana dispensary and no one in this community is aware of it. >> county laws say that dispensaries must be 300 to 500 feet away from daycares, rec centers and schools, but it does not say anything with places of worship. don't be surprised if it takes you longer to get your twitter account verified. the company is suspending verification after it got criticism from verifying jason kessler's account. he was an organizer of unite the right in charlotte.
