attorney general is ordering prosecutors to determine if a special counsel should be appointed to investigate concerns raised by republicans. those concerns include the dealings of the clinton foundation and the sale of a uranium company while hillary clinton was secretary of state. now, this is, according to a letter, written by assistant attorney general and obtained by nbc news. it says justice department lawyers will make recommendations to sessions about whether special counsel should be appointed. indecision 2017 today voters in stafford county could shift the balance of power in the virginia house of delegates. they'll be organizing why their pro investigation provisional ballots should be counted. and a court will rule whether they should be able to count. republicans hold a slim

as director. kind of making this work for the big screen? >> interesting thing about the memoir is that it really tells just a very tip of the iceberg of the story, because when mally finished writing the back she hadn't yet been arrested and didn't know that she was going to be. the fbi surprised her in the middle of the night. so plays the lawyer in the movie, and as he says you finished writing the book before the best part happens. so i would recommend reading the book but there is a lot more to the story in the movie including the roll that kevin costner plays which is his father and strange and interesting relationship there. the movie, which is set against the backdrop of the world's most exclusive high stakes poker game, movie stars, hedge fund managers, billions,

all of them millions of dollars changing hands every few minutes. like i said, set in the backdrop of that kind of decadence and stuff. it's an emotional storiment and the reason i wanted to write it, so protective of it that i wanted to direct it too, is that molly is an honest to god movie heroine. she is wonder women without the magical powers. built out of integrity. i don't want to spoil the end, but essentially she refuses to dish, to gossip about any of the very famous people, even though it would mean a lot of money for her, money that could get her out of the deep debt that she was in. it would also mean with the justice department that she could guarantee her own freedom and stay out of jail by telling the stories and she wouldn't do it. >> how was it for you direi
