>> all right. sheena, thank you. >> we want to get to the breaking news. a fire at a living facility. take a look at the scene here. this was a five-alarm fire that ripped through the facility in chester county, pennsylvania. you can see how aggressive the flames were overnight. it forced 140 senior residents into the bitter cold. more than 20 residents are in the hospital. again, follow the latest updates on our nbc washington app. developing this morning, a citywide manhunt under way for a baltimore police officer who was shot and killed. the detective, shawn suiter was shot in the head while investigating a murder. he died yesterday surrounded by his wife and five children. there's now a $169,000 reward for information leading to the killer's arrest and conviction. baltimore's police commissioner says he's counting on neighbors to speak up. >>

points. several women accused him of sexual or unwanted advances that took place while they were teenagers or young women. the white house says president trump believes voters should decides moore's fate. the special election is scheduled for next month. moore denies all allegations. fairfax county teacher remains on leave while school officials investigate an incident that happened on wednesday. a veteran teacher pulled off a student's hijab. he says he was trying to remove a hoodie over the hijab. the student is angry and embarrassed. the principal, dave thomas says the actions were inappropriate and unacceptable. many students agree, but don't believe the teacher's intentions were negative. >> a lot of teachers do that. they pull your hat off or take your hood off. >> the
