police believe the teens left on their own and that they may be in a small silver suv, possibly a honda crv. please contact police if you see them. a teenager is fighting to stay alive after somebody shot him in the head. it happened in broad daylight this afternoon on president street in annapolis. the 17-year-old was walking with a group of people when somebody in the same group shot him. everybody took off. the shooter is still out there. friends and family of dolores "sweetie" williams will be spending a second holiday season without her. she died a year officer after police say he boyfriend intentionally set her on fire. news4's darcy spencer has more from tonight's vigil in fairfax county as her loved ones keep her memory alive. to know her was to love her. >> reporter: a tearful candlelight vigil outside the home where dolores williams w

domestic violence one year ago. she died of her injuries days later. >> i'll never forget that night as long as i live when the fire broke out. >> reporter: williams was 64 years old, enjoying retirement from her federal government job. police say her boyfriend, luis reader, set her on fire during an argument. >> it was a rough year for me last year. >> reporter: friends and family called her "sweetie." that's the nickname her grandmother game her as a child, and it stuck with her her entire life. >> sweetie's my sister. i love her, and i misser are real, real bad. -- miss her real, real bad. >> reporter: this vigil inspired a woman to break her silence and tell her own story about being the victim of domestic violence. >> i had my eye black ed. my arm rolled up in a window. >> reporter: she encouraged other women living in a violent home to get

in support of republican nominee roy moore. >> we ask to be continually transformed in and by and through that holiness. >> reporter: another group of pastors called on him to drop out. >> if you live outside the state, if you watch the news, you might think the extremist voice of roy moore represents the only voice of christianity in alabama. but we know better. >> reporter: in the past nine days, at least nine women have made accusations against moore, claiming inappropriate behavior decades ago ranging from unwanted romantic pursuit of teenagers to sexual assault. moore denies it all and questions the timing and motivations of the women who have come forward. a fox news poll showed democrat doug jones surging to an eight-point lead, the support of moore's ardent factors is unwavering. >> roy moore is going to vote right. we need to make sure that we keep the big picturen

in the presidential election. hillary and former president bill clinton celebrated the 25th anniversary of the president's election win. the clinton foundation brought together campaign staff for a reunion in little rock, arkansas. the clintons discussed some of his administration's accomplishments but also criticized president trump without mentioning him by name. 100 dogs landed tonight at dulles airport. rescuers flew the dogs from hurricane maria-ravaged puerto rico. the lucky dog animal rescue took the dogs to dogma bakery in arlington where volunteers will be watching over them, the dogs will be available for adoption tomorrow. you can find them at petsmart in gaithersburg, maryland, from 12:00 to 2:00 and hopefully give them a new

he went to 7-eleven and was stabbed over his shoes. police home two surveillance pictures could help track him down. the men told the victim inside the store on jefferson davis highway that in woodbridge to give them his shoes. he refused. when he walked outside, a man stabbed him with a sharp object, yelled some sort of gang affiliations during that attack. the victim is okay. the suspects may have taken off in a honda or toyota. please call police if you know anything about this. covering prince george's county, getting guns off the streets and getting something in return. the prince george's county police department held its annual gift cards for guns event at first baptist church of glenarden in upper marlboro. they partnered with the zion church and university of maryland prince george's county hospital center. the trade-in program started actually five years ago. depending on the gun, people received gift cards ranging from

♪ a very merry christmas for me ♪ ♪ hey hey hey hey ♪ all right, folks. we are under a storm team 4 weather alert for your sunday. not because of the rain that's on the way but because of the wind that's to follow. i'm going to get to that in a moment. for now the more pressing matter is this rain since it's knocking on our door. you see here lighter showers as you head up toward frederick, maryland, into northern maryland, as well, toward west virginia. here in the d.c. metro area, still dry. the big picture shows rain not far away. all associated with a cold front that's to come. behind this cold front, we've got colder air that's going to be settling in.

for us, we're going to be dealing with the rain and the wind. here's a look. 1:00 a.m. tonight or tomorrow, we are going to be seeing the first line of showers move through. light to moderate in some pockets. you see how quick -- quick in, quick out. and you look back toward the west, they have a chance at some snow. for us, we're sticking with the rain. by daybreak, it's out of here. we're not only going to be drying quickly, but clearing out quickly, as well. we're in for a sunny sunday, but there's a caveat. a wind advisory. 4:00 a.m. to a 3:00 p.m. tomorrow afternoon, we're going to see winds gusting. we'll see the winds gusting upwards of 35 miles per hour. for all the high-profile vehicles, that is something to keep in mind. and it's going to feel cooler as a result. i've got the future wind gusts on. again, this is a model estimation. ith a wind advisory, it is possible to hit 50 mile-per-hour wind gusts. take a look at this map in the area tomorrow morning. it looks like 5:00 to00
