other side of the taller gate. now, this person was taken into custody immediately. all we know is that it was an adult male. we don't know if he had any cause mind it, but it did cause them to close pennsylvania off to pedestrian traffic while they secured the area. now, we didn't find anyone who was here this morning that was there when that incident happened. but again, they clear these incidents quickly. not to say that it's normal, but definitely has happened before. and will likely happen again. that's why security has been beefed up there in the past few years or so. again, a person jumped over the lower fence, taken into custody by police. and no more threat or anything like that at the white house at this hour. derrick ward, news 4. and the iteam has been looking into numerous breaches at the white house. and they have also investigated what happens to the people who get caught.

washington app and search white house fence for more details. and new this morning, d.c. police are trying to track down several suspects after two separate homicides overnight. the first happened on 30th street in southeast which isn't far from naylor road. police say one man was shot and killed around 11:00 last night. no word yet on a suspect description. and then there was another homicide in petworth close to an elementary school. police say one man was killed after a shooting on spring road northwest just before 2:00 this morning. the scene is right next to the raymond education campus. in this case police are searching for four men. the fbi is looking for three missing teens from prince william county. the feds think that they may have left virginia. these are pictures of the missing girls. ashley and brianna are 17, and the other 18. and the trio has not been seen si n

and meanwhile, breaking news to get to. we mentioned this. russell simmons and bret rattner are now accused of sexual assaulting a 17-year-old model. the allegations are published in today's l.a. times. the model tells the time that the incident happened during a casting call in 1991. in a statement to nbc news, simmons says he remembers that casting call and that everything was completely consensual. we'll have to keep on top of that. switching gears, we want to talk about the weather because, man, when is the wind going to die down? >> it will settle down a little bit this afternoon, gusts -- let's go day part. to lunchtime, 50 miles per hour gusting. and then this afternoon through early afternoon, gusting up to about 35. overnight and through tomorrow, 10 to 15-mile-per-hour range. >> it looks deceiving out there. >> it's beautiful. but you step out and it's

especially once you step outside the beltway. temperatures in d.c., in the 50s. it's bearable. but once you get into the shenandoah valley, temperatures in the low 40s. so it gets more tricky because it's cooler out there with the windchill. let's go to the maps. it's a weather alert because we have these strong winds. now, i just got off the phone with wtop, their traffic department, they were talking about winds that are creating this flying debris. and that has created some accidents. we have downed trees as well across the region. so i ask you if you do go get in your car, turn it on 103.5 because they are doing a good job talking about some of thieves acciden these accidents. i think i heard of one on 66 coming into the area something from the wind created an accident. so again be very careful driving around because we'll have the strong winds all day long. and still breezy tomorrow. but the wind advisory goes until 3:00. but i do believe

outages will become more numerous as we get into the afternoon as well because these winds will just be relentless. gusts anywhere from 20s to 30s out there. again, we have the potential to make it up to about 50 miles an hour through about lunch time. and then the winds will settle down through the afternoon gusting to about 35 miles an hour this afternoon. but definitely breezy overnight and definitely breezy through monday. so as you head back to work, get the kids ready for school, it will be breezy tomorrow. right now we're in the 40s and 50s. that's about as good as we'll get. and you can see over the next seven hours, the temperature moves back and forth from 49 to 50 degrees here in d.c. had rain move through last night. lots of wind, as well. and now we're just looking at possibly a few flurries that will be rising the coattails of some of these breezy northwest winds. but you can see the snow showers bringing some flurries into our area. so temperatures in the 40s for daytime highs toda
