sound was deafening. even up to a quarter of a mile away. eun, back to you. >> thank you, chris. here at home we're getting a unique view of a house fire in prince george's county. a firefighter captured these flames from his dashcam as he rolled up to the scene. the fire tore through this home on mchenry lane. chopper forecast -- minutes later as they tried to douse hotspots. investigators say fire started in the chimney and spread to the garage. a local funeral home has been shut down, its staff accused of taking advantage of grieving families. the austin royceter funeral home is named in a lawsuit by d.c. attorney general. it alleges that the business charged grieving families for services it did not provide. d.c.'s attorney general says the funeral home was operating without a proper license. the funeral home says it is not making a statement about this case. all remains have been moved to the office of the chief medical examiner.

fairfax county police want people to keep an eye out for abuse of children with autism. this comes as employees were arrested for assault. school bus driver james duffy iii and edmond bailey were accused of assaulting the 11-year-old boy twice in one week. the incidents happened last month. a staff member witnessed the second assault to intervene. duffy on administrative leave and bailey resigned. a statement from fairfax public schools says their actions do not reflect the expectations of the district or the dedication of the employees who care deeply about the well-being of all students, especially those who are most vulnerable. 4:35 right now. one of three missing teens from prince william county has been found. the girl flt middle of the screen has been found safe in d.c. however, ash

thanksgiving travel. >> sheena. thank you. a big defeat for the trump administration for months. the trump administration says he will take away federal funding for sanctuary cities. now a judge blocked that executive order permanently. live on capitol hill to explain what that means for the cities you life in. tracie? they may not lose federal funds. billions of dollars around the country. for the second time, says no to the president's order. the first one was temporary. this one is a permanent decision by a district judge who says the president's order is unconstitutional and it's vague and would unfairly take money away from the cities that refuse to cooperate with the federal government on prosecuting immigrants. what the judge said is that the president cannot make rules for how congress spends money. the justice department disagrees. they plan to pursue this. they think that the judge
