wang. >> the woman's husband desperately tried to get in side that home before police made the disturbing discovery. >> reporter: the house on the corner stands out, the red trim around the bay windows, the shutter, now it bears a tragic distinction, the body of a mother and her son were found around 10:00 around saturday night. police aren't looking for any suspect they believe it was a murder/suicide. they believed the family that lived here but the suspicions were raised when one of the family's car showed up in the parking lot last night. it became even more curious when the second car driven by the husband of the woman who died showed up as well. neighbors said he began knocking on the door, banging franticly. a hort time after that the police arrived. they'd been called to check on the welfare of someone inside and it was clear something was wropg. police say the woman and her son were pronounced dead on the scene. the wounds arely

first year of college, for a d.c. family of a son that age they're planning a funeral after a gunman killed him. someone shot 18-year-old kyrie lamar and a juvenile last night. they were later found on nearby 4th street. led bettor died at the hospital. the juvenile is expected to be okay. no one's been arrested. police finding a woman, her mother and father dead inside a home. the first clue that something was wrong came from the family dog. yesterday neighbors saw that dog running around. they discovered the door of the home was slightly opened so they called police and went in and saw someone inside slumped over in a chair. then they found the bodies of megan skully, her mother mary and her father robert. they'd all been shot. detectives say they believed it's a murder suicide. one is the congress's longest, the two top democrats face ay
