probe. another lawmaker accused of sexual misconduct is stepping down from an important leadership role. michigan congressman john conyers resigned this weekend from the house judiciary committee. conyers denied the allegations against him and said he will not resign from congress. he's the only african-american to have held the position of chairman or ranking member on the judiciary panel and is the longest serving congressman. alabama senate candidate roy moore is using president trump's tweets to make some money. on sunday, the president tweeted said that electing democrat doug jones would be, a quote, disaster. moore quickly used the words in fundraising appeals to supporters. moore denied sexual harassment and assault allegations from several women. the alabama special election is two weeks away. a warning for metro riders this morning. expect delays on the red line as you head back to work. there will be no train between silver spring and

for the next two weeks. service is limited. you'll need to avoid the takoma station. that's shut down and all parking is closed there. metro is warning there will be fewer trains on the entire red line through december 10th. crews will be replacing an interlock. that's a spot where trains cross from one track to another. today, you'll be able to score some of the best sales of the holiday season. it is cyber monday. the online deals have already started. americans are expected to spend $6.6 billion today. that will set the records for the biggest online shopping day in u.s. history. but it turns out you may save more if you don't buy today. >> when you're shopping online, you can add items to your cart and then walk away from your computer, give yourself a day to think about it and some retailers will send you a coupon to try to get you to complete the transaction. >> i like that.

family in spotsylvania county. a woman, her mother and father were found dead inside their home on waterford drive. neighbors called police after noticing the family dog running around and the door of the dog slightly open. >> everyone had been shot. investigators believe this was a murder-suicide. the d.c. family spent their holiday weekend searching for their missing loved one. her family held a prayer circle in northeast. the 53-year-old received three calls on her cell phone and then disappeared. that is unlike her to leave without telling someone where she's going. >> we hope nothing has happened to her. she's been away for a long time. everybody knows her. i don't think nobody would do anything to her. we're asking for her safe return. >> here's another look at joan i rockingham. she was last seen near 33rd

aims street, near anacostia park. anyone with information should call police. three children who went missing on thanksgiving have been found safe. police thank the public for circulating their photos. they haven't said where the kids were found. today we hope to learn when a man accused of trying to rob a bank in annapolis will be extradited from north carolina. according to the capitol gazette, police in durham, north carolina. arrested him. annapolis police say he tried to rob a bank of america earlier this month. his family first reported him missing before the robbery happened. it was more than a potluck in las vegas this weekend. tfrs a it was a chance to bond. survivors shared their stories and experiences at this event in henderson, nevada. thesh
