circle. justin finch is live there with a look at the search for a shooter. justin, good morning. >> aaron, good morning. this happened after 3:00 a.m. on sunday as dupont's bars and restaurants were closing up. a man shot in the face after an argument. a witness tells d.c. police that a man opened fire striking through his windshield and hitting this man in his left eye. the man was taken to the hospital, conscious and breathing. the witness says the victim was riding with him in his car going north on connecticut avenue northwest with the window down when he got into a dispute with the suspect here. of course, police shut down the area for hours trying to track down the suspect in this case when they did not catch him. it is believed he likely got away in a dark or black-colored sedan. only as a hispanic man wearin

only had ten days of oxygen. rescue teams are not giving up on this search. the fbi failed to notify scores of u.s. officials that they were targets of a russia aligned hacking campaign. this is according to an a.p. investigation. this all involved fancy bear, the russian government espionage group. they did 80 interviews with americans targeted by the group. they found that the fbi only gave a heads-up in two cases. the bureau provided a statement that said in part that it routinely identifies individuals and organizations of potential threats. the jerry sandusky scandal continues to plague penn state staffers. this cost a former assistant coach, greg schiano, the head coaching job at the university of tennessee. students protested after learning he may lead the vols. he's accused of knowing about decades of sexl

sales of the holiday season without going anywhere. >> your e-mail inbox is probably full of discounts. i know mine is. the day is only getting started. jo ling kent is live in medinah, minnesota with a preview. good morning, jo. >> reporter: morning, eun and aaron. it's full swing, cyber monday deals started at about midnight depending where you are and where you're shopping. we're here at a target which is an indicator of what's happening in the future. you may not think of target or walmart or macy's as fulfillment centers. but it turns out a lot of the stores increasingly are. what we're starting to see on cyber monday is thousands of orders being fulfilled at actual stores where you may be shopping. on average, about 50% of all online orders at target with fulfilled at actual stores. this is all going to contribute to a big number. adobe i is forecasting $6 billion will be spent on cyber monday alone online. what does that mean? it might be the biggest

southwest on saturday. another man shot yesterday morning in the heart of dupont circle. justin finch is there live with a look at what's happening. justin, good morning. >> reporter: aaron, as you mentioned, the search is ongoing at this point. if you were out here early, police were here for hours looking for this suspect who was able to get away. now a witness tells d.c. police that the victim was a front passenger in his car. that they were traveling northbound on a 1300 block of connecticut overnight on sunday. that victim had his window down and got into a dispute of some kind with an unknown man. well, that man then got out a gun and fired into that car's windshield. striking the victim in his face and his left eye. the witness then sped off and called 9-1-1. and that victim was taken to the hospital, conscious and breathing. now, we do know the victim is a man from sterling, not much else. as for the
