terminated garrison keillor yesterday. he told a massachusetts newspaper he is bewildered to be fired from the newspaper. he can't believe someone else can torch it in one day. >> he apologized when she recoiled and far gave him. npr says there are no other known allegations against keillor. another woman joins a growing list of students who say they were raped at howard university. >> chris lawrence has more on the federal lawsuit. >> eun, they want to join a federal lawsuit saying howard took its time investigating her rape case. it added to the lawsuit. she would be the sixth student to say she was raped at the historically black university. the woman has been identified as jane doe 6. she says she was assaulted by a repeat offender last year.

school more than a year to deal with her case. in that time, the man she had accused of attacking her attacked another student. howard university put a statement out saying the university has been and remains committed to diligently investigating any such allegations to ensure a safe and healthy community for our faculty, staff and students. the lawsuit accuses howard of retaliating against victims who report the assaults. we'll bring you any new information we find. 4:32. d.c. police are trying to figure out how a man died. we're still working to learn more details about the death investigation. he was found dead at 13th and n streets northwest in the logan circle neighborhood. police were called to the scene just before 6:00 p.m. police have not revealed the victim's name at this point. a survivor of the las vegas massacre is celebrating another year of life. she turns 28 years
