feinsteineinstein will join chu. it starts at 6:30 right here on nbc 4. new at 11:00, at 13 years old, you're in middle school, going to the movies, but one local 13-year-old already has a criminal record. people who live near connecticut and newark street in northwest reported hearing gunfire late last night. police discovered eight shell casings at the scene. officers they that they later found the teen with a gun in his backpack. he said it belongs to somebody else. officers charged the teen with gun possession. fortunatelily, nobody was hurt. we are working to learn more about the murder of a woman in southeast d.c. officers found her shot to death on 16th street today, not far from minnesota avenue. police say it appears to be a case of domestic violence. no word yet on any arrests. these are the faces of pain. that have a story to tell. for the past
