maintained this is an active investigation even though they arrested three suspects two weeks after it happened in june. they tell us it was friday when they pulled over the fourth suspect galicia in rockville. he will face two counts of first degree murder sometime this afternoon. this happened in june. the night of june 5th when investigators say shady naj jury and artem zip revolve thought they were selling graduation tickets. that's when the four suspects opened fire inside shadi's car killing the two suspects. shadi was possibly involved with some sort of robbery months before, which is this was a retaliation shooting they say. back here live, we did speak with shadi's dad.

steadiest of the rain moves in after 8:00 p.m. tomorrow and ending by 8:00 wednesday morning. behind that, colder, colder, colder. here's sheena parveen with more on that. >> yes, we do have a big cold blast coming as we end out the week. we're watching a storm off the coast at the same time. so as we get closer to friday, we'll have more details. take a look at this. temperaturewise, we're going to be milder today than normal. normal high is 50 degrees. more around 57. tomorrow, we'll still be mild. there's tuesday. mild air in place. the cold air is waiting to move in. it gets here wednesday, thursday and friday. so now here's friday. the cold air is with us. there you see that storm system. it's going to stay off the coastline. but the question is, what position is it going to be offshore. a little closer to the coast. some a little farther away. you'll have to watch that closely. there you see our chance for rain and snow will be in the forecast as we go into the weekend. so let's take a look at that with chuck. >> sheena, yeah.
