a police officer came in on his day off to help his department in texas. he was killed in the line of duty. on monday, officer ken copeland was helping serve a warrant in a town outside san antonio. when officers arrived, the suspect started shooting. the police department says it was an ambush. the officer was hit several times. the suspect had been arrested after a standoff with the s.w.a.t. team. he leaves behind a wife and four children. he's not surprised the supreme court -- on monday, the court ruled that it can be fully enforced while these cases continue to make their way through lower federal court. the ban applies to travelers from five mostly muslim majority countri countries. critics say it's discrimination. the white house spokesperson says the latest
