coming up in a few minutes. it's now coming up on 4:15. i'm chris lawrence. the man accused of being a serial killer making a panic in tampa will be in court. those are one of the top stories we're following. he's expected to enter a plea. donaldson is accused of killing four people in a neighborhood in october and november. the suspect admitted to owning the gun used in the shooting, but did not admit to the murders themselves. this morning, famed chef, mario batali is admitting some of the allegations against him are true. yesterday he announced he was stepping away from his restaurant empire and "the chew" after four women came forward. he was accused of inappropriate contact over 20 years. much of the behavior described does, in fact, match up to ways i've acted. he oversaw the final steak dinner of the obama

administration. staying on top of the wildfires burning across southern california. these flames are lighting up the sky across ventura county. it's now the 5th largest fire in the state's history. thomas fire engulfed more than 230,000 acres. only 20% contained. officials are afraid that it could take weeks, possibly months to fully extinguish that fire. this next story is one of inspiration. you don't hear about too many teenagers who like to sing opera. there's a young man in the district who does. oes a gradua he's a graduate of the duke ellington school. kerry sanders has more. >> a >> anthony anderson considers himself lucky. >> here's a picture of my father on my mirror. i keep it -- he learned

no doubt about it. temperatures will be taking a tumble later on in the day. a lot of spots will have windchills near zero by tomorrow morning. right now, though, skies are mostly cloudy overhead. temperatures, 43 degrees here in town. here's the difference, though. a south wind right now averaging 13 miles per hour. later on in the day, that will be a northwest wind which could gust over 30 miles per hour at times. bring your extra layer with you on your way out the door this morning. you'll look like the smartest kid in school when you have the heavy winter coat. temperatures, upper 30s and low 40s. as you plan out your day, take the winter coat. even if you don't need the heavy weather gear, you'll need it later on in the day. you'll have heavy sweaters recommended indeed. temperatures near 50 about lunchtime. that's when the winds turn back to the northwest. the increasing winds and decreasing temperatures by later on in the day. windchills likely back into the 20s by 5:00 or 6:00. as far as any chances
