the fairfax county board of supervisors wants the fbi to release video of the deadly shooting of a virginia man. according to "the washington post" the board sent a letter after the shooting of bijobijon bijon geizer. police shot and killed him. he was a suspect in a hit and run. there is video of the shooting. the fbi says it won't release it until after the investigation is complete. geizer's family says he was unarmed. the civil rights division of the justice department is one of the agencies handling this case. 4:47 now. the recount begins in virginia's 40th house district which includes parts of fairfax and prince williams county. election officials will double check all of the ballots from this past election day. republican delegate tim hugo leads donte tanner by 106 votes. the race is one of four that is undergoing a recount. if results change it

local lawmakers say panhandlers who beg for money have to go. panhandling is dangerous. they're proposing a bill that would ban it in the medians and on the streets in the county. panhandling would still be allowed on the sidewalks. news 4 talked to one man yesterday who said asking for handouts is his only option. wright says he's sympathetic but something needs to change. >> need help. we want them to contact our non-profit providers that are out there. >> council member wright said that at least three panhandlers have been hit and killed while standing in the medians over the last five years.
