you'll run into road closures because of the cohen funeral today. monday rose road between montrose parkway and east jefferson street will be open to local traffic only. the slow lane of both east and westbound will be closed. that begins at 7:00 a.m. and lasts until early in the afternoon. the processions at the cemetery begin around 12:30. 4:30 now. a man responsible for ramming his car in charlottesville will appear in court today. >> prosecutors say james fields jr. was behind the wheel of this car when he drove into the crowd in august. heather hier died because of that crash. he's charged with that and nine other felonies. a former massage envy therapist is expected to plead guilty in court. he's charged with improperly touching two women at the location in northwest d.c.

he's also being investigated in cases in bowie and georgetown. one of the d.c. cases has sparked a legal case against massage envy. one of the alleged victim is suing the company for $25 million. pbs talk show hose tavis smiley is the latest to be suspended over allegations of misconduct. after an independent investigation into more than one complaint, the network has now hired an outside law firm to investigate smiley. this comes just weeks after charlie rose. pbs didn't specify the nature of the allegations but said "the inquiry uncovered multiple credible allegations of conduct that's inconsistent with the values and standards of pbs." smiley has been with that network since 2004. he posted on facebook last night that he was shocked by the announcement and says he never acted inappropriately toward any co-worker throughout his entire career. this morning, arizona senator john mccain is back in the hospital as he continues to battle brain

welcome back at 4:58. the search is on for three men who police believe are responsible for at least seven burglaries in the past two weeks. >> in one case they use a church van as their get away vehicle. surveillance video captured the men pulling up in the stolen church van on h street northwest. this happened last tuesday. they broke in the front glass door. then they took off. it belongs to youngs memorial church of christ in southeast d.c. >> our prayers are that the person will have some remorse about what they have done. >> the church van has been recovered. but the suspects are still out there. good news for anyone who uses
