standstill. you can hear the cheers of excitement the minute they came back on in the atlanta airport yesterday. it came at the start of a busy travel season. passengers were stuck in the dark for 11 hours. one person described it as literally pandemonium. >> some folks said they literally had to yell to find one another. because they couldn't see. the fact that every aspects of how the airport works, computers didn't have flight information, restaurants closed down and even the vending machines didn't work. a fire in an underground electrical facility may have caused that outage. over the next few days -- in atlanta, doesn't matter where you're flying because atlanta hartsfield is integral to the entire flight system. airlines
