skin is like a pto what are the things we need to know. >> so the cold air makes your skin super dehydrated, you want to shorten hotgtnj showers, the feel good but with not great for our skin. apply moisturizer directly on to wet skin. you want to drink plenty of water, skip the alcohol if you can and apply a little hydrocortisone cream on to any dry spots and don't forget the sunscreen. we see some of the worst sun burns during that time. >> i'm literally doing everything wrong. okay. let's start here, these are base moisturizers that pump up the hydration. >> everybody knows about moisturizer, but some of the things people forget about are masks and oils.úcáe masks are fabulous, this'ñ he contain oil, they contain aloe, they hydrate your skin. if you apply a little oil on to your skin before you apply moisturizer you can see such improvement in the hydration of your skin. if you are looking for do it at home. >> home remedies. >> you can create your own mask at home by combining avocado

with a little oil, makes it up into a consistency like this, apply it directly on to your skin, moisture rise, loo he have it on ten minutes or so, wash it off and your skin will fib fabulous. >> okay. next we have these are for lips. >> lips have no oil glands and they're super thin, with he lick them, sometimes we use lip balms that can dry out your skin more. make sure that you use a lip balm, this new money has oatmeal in it which is super soothing or aquafor can make a huge difference. >> you might want to take a toothbrush, brush your lips. >> exfoliate. >> exactly. get rid of the dry skin. if you don't want to use this you can also use a green tea bag and dip it in warm water, shake it out, apply it directly on to there. frein tea contains anti-inflammatories which work well.
