you're playing these independent folks. describe this role. this isn't your typical grandmotherly role. describe that for us. >> this is a couple who have gone through having families. their kids are grown up. they have grandkids. they're growing up. and they're both struggling with major physical ailments. and so, they decide to take their final road trip as a couple. they took road trips in the past. they've still got the same r.v. that they had. their first r.v. they still have it. it's from the '70s. so, they decide to take a trip in this r.v. and it's the ultimate bucket list, i guess kind of thing. it's a final trip for the two of them. and they are confronting these major medical issues. but the film is comedic. it's looked at with a very sort of high level of comedy. >> i like

right, the pursuit of dignity. tell us a little bit about that, donald. >> me? tell you about the pursuit of dignity? that's what i've been pursuing my whole life and never found it. >> you're an actor. actors have never dignified. >> they wanted to be together. >> yeah. >> to fulfill a dream of his, which was to go to hemingway's house in key west, which was pretty disappointing for them, both of them. but just, he had a couple of -- he had a couple of problems. he couldn't remember some stuff. >> the chemistry between you two is undeniable. if i were just watching this thing, i would think a lot of it seems like it was you two ad-libbing, improvising, having fun. >> we did. we improvised.
