a drowning scare at a popular amusement park. >> six flags america. newsrika gonzalez explains what happened. >> we have just gotten new details in the story. we are hearing that the teen is inrical condition. initially the call came in about afternoon. we have been working the phones to learn more. we just mentioned new details. we know firefighters rushed a teen to the hospital after what is being called a near drowning. we are hearing at this time that the six flags staff performed cpr on the teen before he was taken away. this i video shot shortly thereafter that shows the pool empty, nobody swimming but people were walking around on le pavement nearby. werned from the cdc a report that it released that said unintentional drowning is a leading cause of death for children.

disappearanc and murder of another woman who went missing from her d.c. home. this afternoon details on a case of a montgomery couery teen accused of taking a stolen loaded gun into a high school yesterday. rd chris is live now after talking to police and the teenager's aunt. >> reporter: this began when a security officer smelled men's ana coming from a room. he saw a teenager in the hallway who h didn't recognize as the student here. he asked for identification and the teenager fled the school running up old columbia pike. he was caught allegedly carrying a backpack with a loaded gun inside. a pai branch high school security officer confronted 17-year-old elijah near the second floor boys room. he isn't a student here a gave the security officer a fake name and id. th 17 year old then ran out of
