today a former senate intelligence aid pled not guilty to lying to investigators about leaks of classified information. james wolf is not charged with the leaks but his lawyer says remprks by president tru could change a jury. the attorney wan the judge to bar the president from making prejudiceal statements. a shakeup from michael cohen undertibi investigaon for his business aldeings. nbc news confirms cohen's legal team is leaving the case. the move spas speculation that he will cooperate with ec prosors. multiple people say cohen has yet to speak with federal prosecutors. they say it is premature to talk about cutting a deal. the fbi y will recall searched is home and office and confiscated millions of documents and digital files.

hour. if initiative 77 passes tips employees would go ton $15 hour by 2025. ore than half of jamie sanchez's employees are classified as tipped employees and only have to l payer minimum wage. he said if he has to pay the workers three to four times more he and other employers wil probably have to raise prices, celof workers or add a ser fee. people might n come when they have choices very close by. >> reporter: for dianna it is about equality. her organization is part of a nationwide group aimed at creating one minimum wage for all workers. >> this is an economic justice and racial justice issue. >> reporter: many who opposed initiative 77 are fearful it will hurt tips if restaurants have to raise prices.

name prednisone acid reflux medications in addition to antidepressants and ba blockers. we know those potentially had links to sidepr. the much longer list of meds which 38% of u.s. adultsre on at least one of these medications. about 23% of u.s. adults are on medication linked to possible thoughts. so this is really an eye opener here and the concern is that of course as we have been hearing for years w are an overmedicated society and many people are onne more than medication and very often for reasonable reasons, in other words they hav some iss that they need help with or they are dealing with chronic but the more medications you are on the more difficult it is to determine if thereom might be sort of a conflict between the medications thatight cause depression or might link to suicidal symptoms. this is really a red flag a
