new details this morning on that gun incident at pink branch high school in montgomery. coun elijah brought a loaded revolver into thechool in burtonsville. this happened on tuesday. montgomery county police say he tried to enter the school by giving a fake name and school id number to security. then ran away. the school resource officer arrested him on ridge cheney road. the officers found a loaded gun in his bag. court documents say gun was loaded with five bullets. police traced the gun to the -- stolen gun to pennsylvania the suspect's aunt says his mother had been ying to enroll him. the fbi agent who accidentally shot a man in the leg at a denver nightclub headed back to d.c. video of the incident went viral earlier this month. chase bishopade his first court appearance yesterday after surrendering to police on second degree assault charges. bishop is allowed to return to washington d.c. where he is based. the judge orderim not to
