police say a citizen intervened and shot the gunman dead. that citin is not hurt and a 16-year-old girl was shot in all of the chaos. she is expected to be okay. the first carjacking victim suffered serious injuries. developing in new jersey tonight, mo than 20 people are injured after a shooting at an all night arts festival in trenton an bullets went flying just before 3:00 this morning and city leaders say the festival was meant toring the community together. nbc's dan schenamen has more information on the investigation tonight. the shooting started just before 3:00 a.m. at a crowded arts festival and all o a sudden they were slightly inside the door, like, pow, pow, pow, pow, pow, pow! >> reporter: police estimate as many as 1,000 people were in the area when the shooting started. more than 20 people were hurt and 17 of them suffered gunshot wounds. ste preliminary ination reveals that multiple individuals attending the art
