moore, a photographer for getty images. he was taking pictures last week when he saw the 2-year-old from honduras distraught and she and her mother were detained by border patrol agents. the first lady is a former model who is certainly aware of the power o a fashion statement. the coat she wore on her way to visit slters in texas may not have sent the message she intended. she was wearing an ove green arm jacket with writing skrauon back of it. it reads i really don't care, do you. she did not wear that jacket in texas. during the trip her spo ds personismissed questions about hidden messages, but when she landed at joint base air force base she got off wearing the i really don't care jacket once again. perhaps it's meant solely for washington. either way the $39 j ket got a lot of attention on social media. new details in an attack

today fbi investigators a returd xandria looking for more clues. news 4 mark segraves shows us how the team recread the scene. >> fbi investigators spent hours out here this morning combing through the woods where he was shot to death using these green wires to trace the trajectory of the gunshot. fairfax police closed ft. hunta ust before 9:00 this morning to allow fbi investigators access to the scene. investigators positio jeep grand cherokee similar to the one he was driving the nig he was killed. at the same location seen in police dash cam video the night of the shooting. using metal detectors, shovels, even chete, they combed through the woods adjacent to whe thehots were fired. the 25-year-old was shot last november by park police after a f car chase it ended in a hail of gunfire.

>> new images of wednesday's dramatic rescue of three workers dangli dangling beneath the b after this fiery crash above. >> it looks like they hit the truck of that crane they were working on. >> they are so lucky. look at that thing. >> what you're hearing andng seei is the narration of the scene by dispatchers and the chopper. >> they're lowy are dn to a boat. >> the three workers were on a platform attached to one of the trucks that went uin flames. eventually all three workers were saved but the driver who police say caused the crash died in the flames. the crash rippled throughout the belt way paralyzing traffic for hours. some people reported being stuck in traffic for three hours just to drive about 15 miles. all lanes of traffic wereed reopn the bridge just after 10:30 wednesday night

"the washington post" reporter charles krauthammer has decide. he was a long time columnist and a fox news contributor. two weeks ago in a goodbye letter he revealed doctors only gave him a few weeks to live cause of an aggressive form of cancer. he was only 68 years old. >> s sad. what a life he l. medical doctor and paralyzed in school. thank you. now to the crisis at the border. a lot of confusion there today about the president's reversal on famil separations. he said yesterday that the separations would stop but the zero tolerance policy wou continue. this morning federal prosecutors in western texas sai charges would be dismissed against 17 people accused of illegally

entering the country. tonight the prosecutors retracted the statement. all 17 defendants are separated from their children. and both the virginia senators are now demanding access to the detention center in prince william county where young migrants are being held. the ceter is at youth for tomorrow complex in bristoe. the facility handles teenage boys and girls younger children including infants. so far the only pictures we have from t inside facility were provided by the government. but we're working to g inside it ourselves. new clues after three sets of human remains were found near anme apa building along wayne place in southeast d.c. this past spring. the investigation started after construction crewsound this skull in a crawl space.st inators are using dna comparisons and looking at cold cases trying to identify these victims. "the washington post" reports one potential match dates back to 1984.
