a victory for privacy advocates. police have to get a warrant before tracking your moves with your cell phone records. that is the result of a supreme courtuling sterday. the decision requires police departments nationwide to get a se parent if they want to obtain telephone company data to track a user's movement. starting details, david. >> yes, a deadly hit and run in montgomery county. police say aho manas run over by two rans in aspen hill earlier this month had beenas ulted and robbed just hours before. police say they made two arrests in that robbery. only o one those suspects, this man you're about to e, was over the age of 17. investigators have not found the people or vehicles involved in the hit and run after the robbery. 6:07. a major change for the former high school in falls church. the old name is gone from the building. the new name, justice high school, is not yet up.

take a look at this surveillance video here. it shows the moments a truck crashes into the cvspharmacy. this was -- there you go. this was at 4:00 in the morning yesterday. police say it was an a get an atm machine. we've seen this done before. you can see the damag that it left behind. blocked windows that were shattered. debris all over the ground. there were two other attempted robberies in that area. a they could possibly be related. authorities continue to look into the suspects. we'll bring you more as we get it. we have some more dramatic

welcome back. a local father has been serving in afghanitan for alm a year before he left. he promised his 8-year-old son he'd be home before the end of the school year. >> with one day left before summer vacation started, he made good on his promise this week. news 4's mar segraves was there for the surprise reunion.
