today is primary day in maryland. we know 80,000 skroerts are not properly renl sterd for today' voting. we may not know the licks results until next month. here's the problem. people who chadred their adses or their party affiliation through the maryland motor vehicle adminion may not be properly rebelling sterd to vote. the mva initially said that glitch initially impacted 18,000 wters. everyol still be able to vote, but if there is a problem, you'll have to cast provisional ballot, and those, they won't be counted rayht >> as the provisional ballots are counted in the wee following, and so we will do a certification and audit process, and hope to have final results by the 7th or 8th of july. >> so this is what's important,
