tacoma park. so far i can't say we see long lines. we have seen voters making their way into both locations. i did check in with the chief judge here a few moments ago. he tells me so far they have issued one provincial ballot unrelated to the big glitch. we are expecting tens of thousands of maryland voters who will not be using a standard ballot to vote today. at maryland polling placesik stations this are expecting more voters than usual. state officials are directingte to use provisional ballots after a computer glitc left them improperly registered to vote. those impacted are those who updated registration after changing address but d not buy an i.d. or other item. this eor spans transactions from april 22 of last year to june 5 ofhis year effecting

at all. we are talking about 50 cents for every $10. it does add up. take a look at some of the finer points. we are talking about a tax increase on uber and lyft in the city from 1% to 6%. that money then goes to pay for dedicated funding fortr the ride sharing companies are saying hold on a second. qu thats a 500% tax increase r us. they are calling it unfair, unjust. they want the d.c. council to be voted down on this proposal. mayor bowser has weighed in. and we talked with the head of uber who said that cost will get passedn to the customer. >> that is how we are supporting what metro needs and what the region needs. >> to the extent that the tax gets passed it will increase the pricef an er. >> reporter: all of this comes up for a vote today. the d.c. council will be following it for you. we will post the updates.

this video of an irate passenger screamg o a spiral airlines flight. two other passengers tried to h ca down. the woman was so angry because the flight wased delay and then diverted to minnesota because a man needed a doctor. once on the ground the woman was also taken to the hospital for mental health evaluation. according to our affiliate in minnesota the woman is a veteran and she suffers from ptsd. u.s. defense secretary james mattis is in beijing there for meetings with senior chinese leaders. the secretary was greeted by u.s. ambassador to china. the primary focus of e trip is expected to be north korea. beijing is a key influenther. world is waiting to see if north korea will take steps to dismantle its nuclear program. s> president trump denying that his trade policy is responsible for harley davidson's decision to move some
