sun is up on a thursday what was a fairly cloudy sky earlier is giving way to more in the way of sunshine. it's rained two ou three days, and we've had nearly double our amount of rain fall. on average we g onl seven inches. we've had almost 14 inches of ra rain just since may 12th. you can see mother nature and suburban new york city,d h into parts of southern new england. another cluster down across parts of kentucky ande tenness but in the middle of there we are starting to dry out just a bit. still a few drops left up across parts of northern maryland and out into the panhandle of west virginia. a little light rain in front royal there at warren county these rain chances are sneaking eastbound, but they're drying up as theyg. come al most of it will dry up before it gets to thi-95 corridor.

megan, good morning. >> this accident happened before ehdnight last night. as can you seed me here, this ramp still closed, and we are seeing the traffic tie-ups starting to build here in the area. take a look at the view from chopper 4 here. you get an idea for the enormous cleanup job here. this is the ramp from westboundu 370 tobound 270 here in gaithersburg. last night a tractor-trailer carrying televisions went around the curb of the ramp and ended up on its side.pi ited debris all across the roadway. they have equipment and folks here on the sceny' th starting to clean things up, but there is a lot of debris on the road, and so this is going to take som time. the ramp from 370 to southboundl 270 coely closed. that will be the case for a while. we're going to send it now over to melissa. >> 100 and 105 on saturday. >> as we start taking a lookth delays here this morning, guys, we have about a one-mile backup westbound 370 as you are approaching southbound 270 here this morning.
