a newcomer and mark elridge who rved on the council for many years and championed the $15 an hour minimum wage increase. and has a union support. there were six candidates that come down to two, they're somewhere around 500 votes apart. and we had this mva glitch where we had 80,000 people who changed their licenses and thought they were registered to vote but that information wasn't communicated and we don't knowow many of those cast ballots. >> this businessman, an outsider from politic in montgomery county, came in and rose to top, was one of the guys that will get this mination. what ahead this outsider, so palate tabl to voters? >> part of it was he got his

existed. >> this program was created decades ago and the initial purpose, you know, like many government entities, is that it had w meaning consequences, right? so they intended to take the -- so they would make and give vaccines because you needed to vainate the public. the issue with this program is that it's gotten very backlogged over the year, nearly half of l new cases that dame into the program last year were not related to what wase syringe, it was the way the vaccine was given. >> somebody goes to get a vaccine. it's called shoulder related to vaccine administration. basically the tipis, if you're getting a shot, you want to be at the same level as the person who's giving itim to the potential for that to happen,
