saturday, the will be a memorial service for reporter and editor wendi winters. that's going to be at the international church of annapolis. the publisher of t "capital gazette" was well aware of ramos. he sued the paper after they printed a story about im after he pleaded guilty about harassing a woman. the paper took the threat seriously, but a police detective believed ramos did not pose a threat. the paper refused t press charges because it would be like putting a stick in a behive. one march in annandaline ha been targeted seven times by crooks and >>vandals. bethlehem lutheran church, parishioners are packing the sanctuary right now.
