one of the most tragic missing child cases in our area over the last four years. relisha rudd was 8 years old when she dappeared from the d.c. general homeless shelter. d.c. police have released a new image of what she would look like at the age of 12. she was last seen with the janitor at the center, who killed his wifen and t himself, as police closed in on him in their seah for relisha. the girl was never found. you should not bri wng that in the united states of america. are you a citizen? >> i am aci tizen. >> are you a united states citizen? >> can you please get away from me. >> a man harassing a woman for wearing a puerto rico shirt wrtl make his c appearance today. he is charged for a hate crime in cook county, illinois. i in the video, heard attacking the woman at a park and questioning her citizenship. the woman repeatedly asked a nearby police officefor help.

we have a map here for you. it include a large portion of the city there. people should boil the water fon coand drinking until further notice. this started after a malfunction a pumping station left thousands with no to low water pressure. pressure in the pipe system makes it possible for contaminants to enter the water. that's why d.c. water has issued the warning. >> hope folks can get that word as they wake up this morning. good and bad news for folks using yometro. have to pay more to park at the garages. the board voted to extend the parki ining fees we told you ab yesterday. commuters that park in the on garage but ride the train, ucll pay the nonrider fee. that's twice as as the regular price to park. the board extended a $2 saturday price hike, as well. those fees will last all the way to next year.
