there is some surprising new outrage tonight over the deadliest mass shooting in u.s. history. >> a gunman you'll recall fired on to a crowd from the 32nd flr of th mandalay bay hotel in las vegas last october. now, hotel owner mgm has filed a lawsuit against the victims. >> nbc's steanie gosk explains why. >> reporter: days before the srstoting in modern american history, stephen paddock massed an arsenal at the
