parkway, too, with all of th cars flooded. we do have some rain around the d.c. metro area now. you can start to see the showers coming through. 83 degrees and winds out of south at 14 miles per hour. gusts upward of 25 today and the winds will take down some twees. normally 25-mile-per-hour winds no problem and with all the rai and saturated soil we're seeing that. most areas are actually dry. do have s line ofwers that continues to make its way toward the east, but the rain is tually coming from the south. one of those areas right now around bethesda and down towards southern fairfax county and down towardsf portionse waldorf area and you can see this area right here. right to the south right around mt. vernon here and farther south as i move the map to the north. ahok atren and king george's county. these will move into parts of charles county and eventually back into fairfax and the district over the next one to two hours a this is what we're tracking for you. flash flood watch in efftit 2:00 a.m. on wednesday.
