looking live at the storm team 4 radar youll can see of the rain is still just saturating our region, and the seve weather will be continuing for a third straight day. as doug kammerer explains, the heaviest rain is still to come. doug? >> yea in many areas. we've seen this rain starting on saturday of lt week. boy, it continues across the area. you've got these showers and big-ti storms going on in places like rappahannock county martinsburg area and in west virginia. that's the very heavy rainfall. the rest of the region on the lighter start. it'sel starting to ee the region and i do expect rain in most locations as we head through the night. track this moisture all the way down to the carolinas. all this rain to go. again, most of this on the light side now, but i do expect to see
