ing. take a look at this first video. it shows a man in the lobby of a building on i street. he steps behind the woman and quickly follows after her. this is at 11:00 at. ni police say he tried to take the woman's clothes off. she got away c andled police. take a look at this second piece of surveillance deo. this w taken on june 13th on new hampshire avenue northwest. the man walks up behind a woman wearin dress. seems to have a phone in his hand and reaches for her. she then realized what'soing on and scares him off. he runs away and she calls police. investigators say that there are me essimilari they want people to take a close look at this man. >> in similarity it appears to be a female. typically a younger female who is walking alone that may or may it be distracted at the time. the man the video appears to a while male or a lht skin male.
