a baltimore man charged with sexually assaulting a passeng oard a flight. federal prosecutors charged deo mugabe. investigators say he assault happened on a flight from houston to baltimore in late may. prosecutors say mugabe knew the passen had an inability to communicate. if convicted, mugabe faces up to five years in prison. >> police tonight searching for four people who they say took photos of guys in a men's locker room in montgomery county. surveillance video captured pictures of women and -- three people i should say, and a man, officers say it happened on july 8nd in boyds mary officers say the men encouraged the women to go into the locker room and take the pictures.
