to show you y what need to know. and drama on the georgetown waterfront. a 40-foot boat, reports of a poisoning, and a possible life-saving rescue. >> announcer: news4 at 11:00 starts now. tonight we begin with an update on the body found in a school parking lot in montgomery county. good evening. e-mail erika gonzalez. eve been following this allen we tonight we've learned he is a 17-year-old boy. police found the teen dead friday afternoon at south lake elementary school in gathers berg. he had been seenarlier in the day friday around the school and had been sasn playingtball at the school before. an autopsy is now being performed. new at 11:00, a woman's life saved on a boat by the u.s. coast guard tonight near the georgetown waterfront.

a man called for help this evening saying he and a woman onboard were suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning. the coast guard found the man alert, but the woman was passed out in the cin of the 40-foot boat. pet officer chris page started performing cpr while she was taken to the hospital. the woman regained consciousness. page was quoted later as saying, y training just kicked in automatically, and i'm happy i could help, end quote. the woman is expected to be survive. all right. after a dry weekend, the rainee you behind me on storm team4 radar, well, all of this is going to start moving back into the picture, and it's going t hit us at the very start to our workweek. amelia draper joins us from the weather center. amelia, what exactly can we expect ts week? >> this week rain is in the forecast pretty much every day. we're not looking atwashouts, but it's a week where you need to keep the umbrella handy. take a look. here's the latest on storm team4 radar. you can see rain down in the carolinas trying to push into

he said m theller probe is a rigged witch hunt, and accused the entire investigation of being a democratic conspiracy. but in his next tweet, mr. trump gets really personal. he says, quote, is robert mueller ever going to release his conflicts of interest with respect to president trump, including the fact that we had a vend nasty contentious business relationship. i turned him down t to head fbi one day before appointment as special counsel. and comey is his close friend, end quote. the president referring there to former fbiector james comey, whom he fired. the president didn't explain the business relationship, but "the new york times" has reported the pair had a dispute over fees at the trump national golf club. the attacks come just a few days afte we learned that mr. trump's former personal attorney, michael cohen, was willing to tellhe special counsel that mr. trump knew in advance about the infamous 2016 trump tower meeting. that sameday, the "times"

reported that mueller was combing through trp's tweet as part of the probe into obstruction of justice. all right. switching gears now, the morning commute could take longer for drivers along the gw park way. a major construction projets stn a matter of hours. news4's darcy spencer has what you need to know to b able to get through it all. >> reporter: the signs are up here along the gw parkway. a new traffic pattern is coming, and it's starting monday at 5:00 a.m. prep work is already under way on the gw parkway as crews prepare for a major construction projec it could impact your commute for some time, so you'll need to plan ead. it involves rehabbing the windy run bridge not far from spout run, and it will affect north and southbound traffic. you cee police are already in the area, and there are markers in the ro way. thousands of motorists use the parkway every day, so this could become a bottleneck. the park service will reduce the number of lanes fm four to

georgia congressman john lewis is out of the hospital after an overnight stay. his spokesperson saying that doctors gave him a clean bill of health. they haven't said what led to his hothitalization. civil rights icon is 78 years old, and he continues his fight for equal rights, which began in the '60s. if you'll remember, lewis suffered a fractured skull after being beaten by stateer tro during the historic march in selma, alabama. a deadly shooting over ain pa space is renewing calls to repeal florida's stand your ground law.am surveillanceas recording the confrontation in clearwater earlier this month. a black man shot and killed by a white m during the dispute. the sheriff's office not charging the shooter, saying he feared for his life after being shoved to the ground. some are calling the shooting unjustified. and at a town hall in florida today, new calls for action. >> black, white, and everything in between.

7200 block of shockley court. this is in oxon hill. police are t oing to figur what led up to the gunfire. so far, no arrests. shortly after the 9/1 attacks, air marshals started flying commercial flights. now a new report shows that they are still flying. this time they are tailing american citizens who aren't even on any terror watch lists. it's something that many of us would find disturbing when catching our next flight. nbc's geoff bennett with a program that few knew about until now. >>eneporter: on any g day, several dozen american travelers may be tracked as part of a secret government surveillance program called quiet skies. a "boston globe" investiga reveals the tsa is putting air marshals on planes to watch u.s. citi rns who havesed red flags by their foreign travel history and other activities. >> our reporting on this is based on dozens a dozens of

government documents from within the tsa mostly and interviews with more than a dozen people the tly involved in program. >> reporter: when a traveler is selected for surveillance, a team of armed undercover air marshals is placed on the person's next flight to or from dozens of american. citi the air marshals keep close watch, taking note of whether the persons u a phone, fidgets, eats, changes clothes, or chats with other passengers. the observations are sent back to the tsa. travelers are not notified when they're being monitored. some air marshals complain the program fors them to shadow americans who pose no real threat. the tsa in a statement to nbc news says the program is not intended to surveil ordinary americans. senior government officials tell c news the quiet skies program has existed since 2010 and that the screening process has since evolved to include dozens of other factors such as suspicious financial transactions. >> there needs to be
