>> adam, thank you. developing this morning, a homicide investigation in prince george's county. it happened 7:30. officers found a man shot to death in oxon hill. police are tryingig toe out what happened. so far this morning, no arrests. we'll keep you updated on this st y as details comingin. a 17-year-old boy was found dead in montgomery county. thlice found the teen at s lake elementary school. he was seen around the school and hed played basketball at t school before. right now, police do not suspect foul play. an autopsy will be performed. a woman is alive thanks to the quick reaction of the coast guard. the scary scene played out on a

boat yesterday evening aro30d officials say a man called for help, saying he and e woman uffering from carbon monoxide poisoning. the coast guard found the man alert but the woman was passed out inside the boat.fo an officer ped cpr and she regained consciousness. she is expected to survive. now, to breaking news out of northern california. a massive carrire has killed x people. >> crews discovered another body on sunday and announced the latest death last night. they may have some progress fighting this fire in the past 12 hours. 3,300 fire crews are battling this blaze. you see some of the footage on the screen. six people he been killed. tens of thousands of residents have lost their thhome. carr fire has destroyed 900 homes and damaged much more. to put this into perspective, look at your screen.

not give us a vote for border security, end quote. he went on to say that the u.s. needs to implement a system based on merit. he wants democrats to support construction of a border wall. the president will face questions about his former lawyer, michael cohen, later today. another tweet targeted the vestigation and robert mueller. some of the tweets got personal. one he said mueller had a conflict of interest. including a, quote, nasty and ntentious business relationship. say, i turned him down to head the fbi, one day before appointment as special counsel. and comey is his close friend. the president referring to james comey, whom he fired. president trump did not explain the business relationship. but "the new york times" reports the pair had a dispute over fees at trump national golf club. we learn that michael cohen is

willing to tell the special counsel, trump knew in advance of the 2016 meeting between trump associates and the russians in october. it's 6:08 this morning. the archdiocese is reactgng to the reion of theodore mccarrick. he is accused of sexlly abusing a years ago.nearly 50 the archdiocese of washington issued a statement. the statement reads in part -- for more than 30 years, the archdiocese of whington has encouraged survivors of sexual b e would offer assistance to survivors of abuse in hopes of bringing healing to those who were harmed. you can read the entire statement from the archdiocese in our nbc washington app. in an unprecedented move, pope francis took away mccarrick's title before his church title.

mccarrick has denied the allegations. right now, the search is on for the hooded gunma who killed three people over the weekend. two men used a rifle handgun to fire into a crowd on saturday night. the gunman allegedly stood over one person and shot them several times. two men one woman died. >> it's sad and it's heartbreaking. put the guns down. >> police believe the shooting is gang-related.e in is fth shooting involving ten or more victims in new orleans in the past six years. this morning, we're learning more about what happened before the deadly duck boat accident in missouri that killed 17 of 31 aboard. the events on the s.d. card and the recording system on the boat. video shows the captain giving
