the passing of lauren kagan. she was a valued member of this community and he sends his condolences her family. warren geoghan and her boyfriend jayere killed in tajikistan july 30th. i wasib claimed respoity but the u.s. officials have not confirmed the group's involvement. the d.c. couple was on a year long bicycle trip when they were murdered along with two otheris to in a car and knife attack. in a statement, lauren's family says "the year long bicycle adventure lauren and her partner were enjoying was typical of their enthusiastic embrace of life's opportunities. her openness to n people a places, her quest for a better understanding of the world." lauren geoghan was a graduate here at georgetown university and morned in government, minored in spanish and worked in e school's office of tidergraduate admissions. jaw a previously worked in a tiny house company in d.c.
