state highway is on-scene helping with a flat tire. no issues on the woodrow wilson bridge. i-295 wrapped up andcleared. back into you. >> jack, thank you. we want to g t back to breaking news out of prince george's county right now. >> a well-known diner caught fire overnight.ch justin fs there, as well. justin, what can you tell us? >> reporter: aaron, good morning. right at the corner of main and elm street here in upper ma boro, where the al's country kitchen is the heart of this fire that brokeout overnight. rews aresee fire working on the scene there. you can see heavye dam the front end of that building, where al's once stood. and to the left of that.n firefightershe roof, still working, on top of that bail bonds offices leake you to some video from earlier. close to 1:30 this morning. this fire is said to have broken out on the 14700 block of main

street here in upper marlboro. we're told this was an hour and a half firefight. that fire knocked down about 3:00 a.m. but not before spreading to nearby businesses, including a stidal shop, the china taste chinese reaurant, as well as a bail bonds office and al's country kitchen. we're told on the third level of this building there were three apartments. and the residents of those units were able to escape. as you look live at the scene, you can see thextensive amount of damage here. i can tell you from being here, walking around these buildings here, there's damage to the back en this is, of course, very close to the court o ices that are here, as well. they're not affected by this fire. we're told, one firefightert suffered h exhaustion. he was treated on the scene. besides that, no other injuries reported on this fire. if you're traveling in this area of main and elm, there won't be

officer, the suspect allegedly shot andd kil someone inside the liquor store. the victim and the subject were arguing but it's unclear if they knew one another. we're looking at police body camera that led to a police shooting. obert white was shot and killed by an countfi police ofcer in june. we want to warn you that this vi deo is disturbing. the officer shot while he continued to chargat him. we froze the video before the shots were fired. a second officer's body camera showed white get up and charge at the officer. white yelled, do it again. the two continued to struggle. and there were several more shots that killed white. we asked a retired d.c. homicide detective to analyze the video

manafort's trial resumes this morning for day three. they are ahead of schedule and could wrap up tomorrow. but the big question is whether the star witness will testify.na fort's former business partner, rick gates, pleaded guilty to ch ges earlier this year and it's thought he could testify. yesterday, though, p secutors hinted that gates may not take the stand. manafort's lawyers blamed gates for the alleged crimes during opening statements. testimony resumes at 9:30. happening now in montgomery county, police are trying to find an missing in chevy chase. 17ear-old abdalla ahmed is part of a student group staying at the 4-h conference center. ast seen early monday at the conference center wearing black jeans and flip-flops. ahmed is 5'7", weighs 140 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair developing this morning, tens of thousands of people in northern california remain under evacuation orders.
