lynchburg is situated about half ry betweenhmond and roanoke in southwest virginia. something else to note here. there's no evacuations at the university of lynchburg. the school is not downstream from the dam. it's also summertime there. storm team 4 chuck bell says lynchburg could see two more ches of rain today. today, a judge decides how the case moves forward of a man in their a famil home. the man is accused ohe t family back in 2015. defense attorneys want to inoduce evidence suggesting someone else may have been inlved in the murders. prosecutors say the defense needs to reveal who that second person is before trial. dna evidence connects him to the scene, t trial is in september. the resentencing hearing for e boyd malvo could be o hold. he has asked the supreme court to blockn order granting a
