description expose himself to woman in the immediate area, and then 45 minutes or so another incident in the 1500 block of p street another man fitting the same description assaulted a woman and ran off. with 25 to 35 years ol an athletic build, and he was weared a short sleeved hooded shirt, dark shorts and running shs. the police have not definitively imnked these three, but the descriptions arear enough that they are exploring the possibility that these are the same person. anybody who knows this person or has seen something simil going on or even might have been a victim and noteported it.
