organizers are demanding. darcy? >> erica, you can see that demonstration is just nowge ing under way right here at the fountain in downtown silver spring. leaders of this rally tell me that they are upset this is ruled justified and ask for police reforms. we want to show you the body camera video that you referenced with a warning this ts video is graphic. robe white was shot and killed after a violent confronta with a montgomery county officer in june. the video shows that struggle and the officerte shooting w after he knocked the officero the ground. warnings several given prior to the shooting. now critics question why theto officerpped white to begin with. now through his attorney, the officer said white had a ripped shirt and made movements that led the officer to believe he was armed. as it turns out, white did not have a gun.

five people onboard. this video coming into the newsroom from the santa ana area. the airooaft like it just broke apart on impact. the faa says the pilot declared an jmergency landingust before crashing this afternoon. o nobody on the ground was hurt. no word yet on the nature of the emergency. >> now, t storm team 4 forecast. >> well, we are looking at a few isolated storms out there. for the most part, we're just dry, hot, and humid. those tempetures are in the 90s and 80s right now. as you can see a few storms as i was talking about. not everybody going toee them but the thing about these, they're not moving all that fast. so they're dropping a lot o rain throughout the area. one area of concern that we're watching now is the shenandoah valley. a few around the fairfax area. we're seeing a nice storm around laurel. and then coming inside the district down to alexandria and upper marlboro. temperatures are in the 80s right now.

temperatures come down a littl bit. we're talking about a heat wave. we'll show you how hot it's going to get around here coming >> new details now on a story that we brought you with breaking news yesterday at 6:00. we now know the double shooting in rockville is an attempted . murder/suici a man shooting and killing his own elderly father. this was the scene on norbuck ro near georgavenue. police now saying greg wiley shot and killed his 89-year-old father thomas wiley. he then turned the gun on himsel this happened inside a car at a parking lot near leisure world. both of them lived there. greg wiley is in grave condition at the hospital. things are back to o normal the baltimore washington parkway in maryland after a serious bus crash sent over a dozen people to the hospital. that crash happening on the parkway near jessup. he bus landed partially in the trees. 14 people were taken to the hospital. none of the injuries t appear be life threatening.

seeing storms. the thing about these, they're not moving. go back and show you. i think ie a loop on here. they're notg at all. so any of these storms that we do see pop-up around the regn are going to drop a lot of rain. this is right around laurel. it has been dropping a lot of rain a n. that area. again,e are still seeing the storms just kind of static. we will start to see these storms dissipate once this sun goes down. theun goes down a little after 8:00 p.m. tonight. so again, the coverage will be a lot less. but again, isolated storms out there. not everybody going to see them. and we have the sam deal tomorrow. we'll wake up to sunshine tomorrow morning. it's going to be another hot day. we'll have a chance for showers and storms tomorrown. aftern so 88 degrees right now. we're continuing to fall. we'll fall0snto the and 60s during the overnight. so 90s out91 there. n manassas. 91 in leesburg. clinton, a little rain cooled possibly. temperatures right now at 79. but again, those temperatures stay in the 90s monday and tuesday with that heat index.
