12-year-old last week. news 4's nicole jacobs is in rockville with reaction from the school district. nicole? >> reporter: doreen, i can tell you the judge here today called etienne kabongo's alleged actions brazen, but it's what he's accused of doing just a couple of days later that has prosecutors considering him a flight risk. 62-year-old etienneabgo facing three felony charges including seco-degree rape. he's accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old speciae needs stu on the school bus he drove for montgomery county public schools. it allegedly happened july 31st, according to authorities, and was captured on the school bus survei inside the district court today, prosecutors say kabongo was made aware of the allegations and then allegedly purchased a plane ticket from newark, new jersey to ethiopia, and for that they considered him a flight risk. thg judge rul to hold him
