prince george's county police chief sowinski told us this was coming about as an internal affairs special ops investigation. tip from a d a confidential informant in this area saying there was a man who was armedelling drugs in this community. and the chief says the informant told officers this man was "terrorizing people." policeame outhere. they believe that this man was conducting illegal activities and there was a uniformed officer who con fron this had and they the man took off sn. running at lea w 25 yards. ann that happened, that's when police say they had to stop him. they tried t tackle him. and they believe he had a gun on him. they say that the suspect tried gto grab the and that's when an officer discharged at least three rounds. right now, there was a medic unit on the ground. ey were able to resuscitate this person and got him to the hospital. is he r sht now inble
