close the door of the car. you could see him. he was very pensive andoving to decide what he was going to do next, and he went back into thatoo hotel and spent ten minutes in there with her during which time, of course,he sexual assault occurred. >> reporter: now it took a jury only two hours to cvict pierre. he is now being held in prince george's county jail. he faces up to 20 yearsor this conviction of second-degre rape, and the state's attorney is hoping to go above the him mores and give than 20 years. it's important to note that they did give him second-degreeat ra. what he was convicted of because of the fact that the victim wasic inted. again, all warnings for folks who use uber or any of the ride-sharing apps and are intoxicated. the state's attorney is saying it's important that no one leave an intoxicated person alone in ngy kind of ride-sha situation. uber did give us a comment a little while ago saying they were disgusted bype what hd here and also reinforcing that this guy was fired from the
